Breathe Well Fitness
I designed a logo for Breathe Well Fitness, an e-commerce business that specializes in sports gear made of environmentally friendly materials. Their company mission reflects a committment to creating a positive impact on the environment, and, as part of this effort, they plant a tree for every purchase made.
They approached me to design their logo. They gave me their initial sketch, emphasizing that they would like their logo to reflect both their business and their environmental stewardship.
After reviewing their ideas, I proceeded to look for ways to incorporate symbols of trees, breath, and fitness. Their original idea put too much emphasis on the environment and did not represent their main business of selling fitness gear. I chose to represent the environment with leaves instead of trees to simplify the logo.
After some explorations, I presented different ideas to the client. They chose two ideas and asked me to dig deeper into those concepts. In the end, they chose the final logo shown on their website. The circle shape of the logo works well with social media, and the logo works well in single color or black and white.
Once the final logo was chosen, I composed an animation for their future video tutorials of their products. Inspirational music was commissioned to a local composer.
